I'm not a Delaware resident. What are my options?
- A Non-Resident card is available for $25.00. It is valid for a year and allows full library use for patrons 18 yrs. or older, or with parental /legal guardian signature for patrons 17 yrs and younger.
- A visitor card is valid for 30 days and is available for $10.00 for patrons 18 yrs. or older. It includes borrowing privileges limited to 2 items at one time for a circulation period of one week.
- A reference card is freely available for use of the internet for 3 log-ins within a year for patrons 18 yrs. and older.
- Temporary cards valid for 3 months are available for adult Americorps volunteers, local seasonal police force, temporary military personel, visiting nurses from Beebe, temporary students from the College of Marine Studies, and residents of emergency shelters.
