Photo Editing Software on Tues, May 18 @ 6:00 PM: Fine Line IT will provide information about how to obtain freely available editing software online. They will demonstrate their uses on what you can do to your digital photography.

Genealogy Databases on Thurs, May 20 @ 6:00 PM: Reference Librarian, Mary Bernheisel, will demonstrate how to use the library's genealogy databases, HeritageQuest and Ancestry.com.

Computer Maintenance How Tos on Thurs, June 3 @ 6:00 PM: Fine Line IT will provide the home user with knowledge on how to maintain their computer at home.  They will include such knowledge as file organization, updates, free utilities and how to backup your computer.

Library Catalog Searching on Thurs, June 10 @ 6:00 PM: Librarian, Jill DiPaolo will demonstrate how to use the library catalog for searching and online resources.

Novelist Database Tour on Thurs, June 17 @ 6:00 PM: Reference Librarian, Mary Bernheisel, will demonstrate how to use the library database, Novelist, a database for readers and book lovers.

Google Tips & Tricks on Thurs, July 1 @ 6:00 PM: Google offers a wide selection of tools and tricks to help organize your life. Being in the business, Fine Line IT has a lot of knowledge of what Google has to offer.  During this session, Fine Line will share all of their knowledge with the audience.

Online Newspapers, Wall Street Journal and NPR Broadcast Transcripts on Thurs, March 18 @ 6:00 PM - Reference Librarian, Mary Bernheisel, will demonstate how to effectively search and locate full-text online newspapers and articles using the Delaware Library Catalog Research Databases.  She will also share tips for locating NPR news transcripts online.

Search Engine Optimization on Thursday, July 2, 2009 @ 6:00 PM -   This class will explain what search engine optimization is and why it is important for businesses. The instructors from Fine Line IT will provide an introduction to the ranking on Google and provide some tips and tricks to help with ranking.  Blogging Tips for Beginners -  on Thursday, September 10, 2009  @ 6:00 PM The instructors from Fine Line IT will demonstrate the use of a blogging application and provide a step by step introduction to blogging. Fine Line IT will demonstrate some of the practical uses of some of the most popular presents that you may have received from Santa.   The class will be geared to beginners on how to use I-PODs and similar portable devices.   Please bring your gifts from Santa to show everyone.   It should be a fun filled evening of interesting bits of knowledge.

Fine Line IT will demonstrate how to create a website. The class will be geared towards creating a website for personal use while also providing ideas of how to manage a business website. The session will go over how to purchase a domain and hosting, install a Joomla website, create a navigation structure, create content, and setting up a photo gallery.
