Aging - Not for Sissies Program Series

If you haven't already, are you starting to realize that maybe you'd better start thinking about growing older and all of the implications?  

Then this is the series for you! It focuses mainly on the increasing concerns of mostly-healthy adults over 50 years old.   Sponsored by a collaboration of the Lewes Public Library and the Sussex County Consumer Health Librarian of the Delaware Academy of Medicine, the series consists of five talks by local professionals on a variety of subjects on Monday nights at 6:30 PM (unless otherwise noted):

August 17 (Mon) Lyme Disease discussion with movie “Under Our Skin.” 
5pm to 8:00pm – brown bag dinner recommended.

August 31      Healthy Eating on a Budget    Aimee Beam, Nutritionist
