We subscribe to Forms on File , which will give patrons access to Personal, Business, Government and Tax forms online which provides current, printable forms for a variety of situations. Arranged under four main content headings, the forms cover such areas as accounting and finance; government aid programs; legal; personnel; government procurement programs; real estate and rental; financial and personal property; education; financial aid; the standard college application; health and social services benefits; military and veteran affairs; and more.
Below are instructions for accessing this service:
At
the Library (Ask the librarian for the username and password.
Go to front desk and have staff member sign you
onto a computer
Click on the Forms on File Online icon on
the computer desktop
Enter Username and password obtained from the librarian.
Click on Authenticate
Click on Personal & Business
Forms
On File
At Home Call the library during library hours to obtain
username and password then:
